Plan Prices above are for one (1) construction set on 24"x36" bond paper or PDF or AutoCAD file on CD. Additional sets can be ordered at $1.50 per sheet.
Construction Sets include: foundation plans, plans, elevations, typical wall sections, typical porch sections, framing plans, electrical plans, general structural notes, and structural details.
Study Sets - $250.00
Study sets are full size, 24"x36" sheets containing dimensioned plans and elevations at 1/4" = 1'-0" scale. All study sets will be stamped, "Preliminary - Not for Construction." The cost of the study set will be deducted from the price of the final construction set if purchased.
Full Construction Study Set - $1,000.00
A full construction study set is available on 11"x17" paper and will be stamped "Preliminary - Not for Construction." This set may aid your builder in providing an accurate bid to build the project. The cost of the construction set will be deducted from the price of the final set purchased.
Digital Copies - $250.00
Digital copies not ordered in lieu of 24"x36" bond will be sent formatted for AutoCAD 2004LT. High Tide Design Group is not responsible for compatibility with older versions of AutoCAD or other drafting software.
Reuse Fee - 25% off each reuse
Additional Fees:
*SC residents add an additional 7% to plan price for SC Sales Tax
* Additional engineering may be required for construction in the coastal region of South Carolina. High Tide Design Group can coordinate this with a SC licensed structural engineer. Prices vary based on plans and location. Structural modifications may be required based on local site conditions and building codes outside of South Carolina as well. In this instance, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to coordinate changes with a licensed structural engineer in that area.
